Hey all of my San Diego readers!!  So, I have not blogged about my workout plan on “London Moore: Beauty” yet…  Since combining all of my blogs [beauty, fitness, DIY, and wedding] I have done 3 out of the 4, and considering that the holidays are just around the corner… It is TIME to start planning ahead!!

So I have talked about my all ladies workout group multiple times- but something I haven’t shared yet is how Ripped Body Boot Camp gives you a 900% better and more effective way of working out so that your body continues to burn fat 48 hours AFTER you have finished your workout!!!  That means after our 45 minute workout [including warming up and stretching after]- we are continuing to burn fat even 2 days later!!!!  So many people do things like steady cardio, and while that is effective it is only to a certain point.  You ONLY burn calories WHILE you are doing cardio- which means if you are on the treadmill for 50 minutes, you only burn 50 minutes worth of calories….  We workout out for 45 minutes and burn 48 hours with of calories!!

    this is a key point. It’s difficult to burn a significant amount of calories while doing long slow cardio. How much better it is to do a workout that boost your metabolism for days afterwards. Even better if it helps you build muscle to further increase calorie consumption. Those are the types of workouts I enjoy doing these days. They aren’t easy but they sure do yield results.
